Terms for using the site and the service
Last updated: 5 October 2026. These terms apply to everyone who visits aurecort.com and requests a quote through the site. By using the site you accept these terms.
Copyright and use
The photographs, designs, court compositions, product names and texts on the site belong to Aurecort and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied without permission, used on another site or in printed work, or presented as someone else's own product.
The logos, photographs and files you send us belong to you; they are used only to produce your job. If you do not want us to share a photograph of the finished work as a reference, just let us know and we will not. Club crests and tournament logos are used only with the written approval of that club or organisation.
Price and quote
No price list is published on the site. The price is given according to size, quantity, material and the object to be displayed. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 7 days. No advance payment is taken for draft work; no job goes into production without your approval. Custom-size jobs that have gone into production cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Production, size and delivery
The standard size for canvas, acrylic and framed artworks is 50 × 70 cm; custom sizes are possible. Sizes are approximate outer dimensions and a production tolerance is accepted. Colours may differ between screen and print; for critical colours, ask for a sample before printing. In display cases, the depth, background colour and labelling are determined by the object displayed; it is your responsibility to tell us the dimensions of the piece in advance.
The delivery time is stated in the quote. Delays in material supply may extend it; in that case we inform you in advance. For shipping damage, a report must be drawn up at the time of delivery.
Information on the site and continuity
The descriptions of archival quality, UV glass and acid-free mat board are general information; each job is assessed on its own terms. If a description on a page conflicts with what is written in the quote for your job, the quote prevails. The site may contain links to other sites; we are not responsible for their content. There may be temporary interruptions due to maintenance or hosting; we may change or remove content without prior notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Anadolu courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. In consumer transactions, the consumer's right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the court at their place of residence is reserved.
