What we do with your information
Last updated: 7 October 2026. Aurecort, Kadıköy / Istanbul. Contact: info@aurecort.com. This page explains what information you share through aurecort.com, why it is kept and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect
Contact form: name, phone or e-mail, organisation name if any, and a description of the job — to get back to you and prepare the quote.
Measurement cookies (only if you consent): page address, browser, country-level location.
Server logs: IP address and request date — for security and error tracking.
We do not ask for ID numbers, card details or bank accounts. Please do not enter them in the form fields.
Legal basis and sharing
Form information is processed for the formation and performance of a contract, under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Measurement cookies run only with your explicit consent; if you decline in the cookie banner, they are never loaded.
Form messages reach us by e-mail; hosting and e-mail are provided by Hostinger. If you have consented, measurement data goes to the servers of Google Ireland Ltd., Metricool Tech S.L. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; your name, phone number or e-mail address is not sent to Google Analytics or Metricool. Beyond these, nothing is shared with anyone — your form information is not sold, not given to third parties for advertising, and not added to lists.
How long it is kept
Form messages stay in the mailbox for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory retention periods. Measurement data is kept for up to 14 months in Google Analytics and 1 year in Metricool; the Meta Pixel cookie stays in your browser for 90 days. When you ask for deletion, the record is removed from our side.
Security and under-18s
The whole site is served over HTTPS; form submissions also travel over an encrypted channel. Even so, no transmission is one hundred per cent secure; we recommend not writing sensitive information in the form.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we notice such a record, we delete it.
Your rights
Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) gives you the right to learn whether data about you is processed, to request information, to have it corrected, deleted or destroyed, and to object to processing. For any of these, writing to info@aurecort.com is enough — you do not need to fill in a separate form. We reply within 30 days at the latest. If this text changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
